     I snuck Chapter 8 in! When I'm not a massive procrastinator, I'm a super committed person. It took a lot of listening to music, but here it is! I hope you guys enjoy it! Read here!

     Chapter 7 will be up in a few! I just need to run a few reviews and stuff. I think it will be good. It's a decent length, too! That doesn't mean it's long, just average.... But I will get to work on chapter 8 pretty soon too! I'll update this post when it's up!

                Blake, Esmee and I filed into the large room. It was suspiciously similar to Rattlebones’ tower. Sure, it was a bit tidier, but apart from that, I wouldn’t have been able to tell any difference. Same musty smell, same scattering of disturbing objects.

Oh, and just warning you, I'm bending the story a little bit to save you guys from utter boredom (mostly in chapter 8, though). Don't be mad.

Alright, Alright, Back to Business

Hey all!
     As I mentioned in my post from last night, I promised you guys some new stuff. I'm working on a little background ficlet, and because it is so short, I may end up making it a series..! It has a lot of background info, and I felt like I needed to give these characters the spotlight because they don't play in enough in the story. There is a lot of detail I want to go into that unfortunately I cannot, because I am Miss Procrastinator and haven't even finished half of MUM. I will write more ficlets, but I'll be sure to only release those without spoilers.
     I'm really close to being done with the first one, it just needs to be edited a bit and finished off. Here's a sneak peek! It will be up sometime today or tomorrow or Friday.

     Celestia. The concept of a lost civilization, more advanced technologically than any other world of its days always had so much appeal, so much beauty attached to it. From when he was a small boy, Percy had wanted to be the one to find it. He wanted to be known all across the Spiral as a hero, an adventurer. But Percy always looked upon it as something not to be conquered, not to be taken, but something fragile that should simply be caressed and enjoyed.

    Those of you that remember the beginning chapter of MUM will know who this is about....! I'm excited to release this (and finish it, even). I've forgotten the thrill that writing brings. I feel like because I'm a little more mature now, that my writing will be both better and mature itself. I hope you're all excited, and I'm sorry for my dramafest.

About the Fic...

Hi all!
    Um, so, lately the site has been more about my social life than anything else.. Sorry about that. I wanted to make it up to you by writing some more MUM, because it seems like I'm going to be regularly updating sooner or later, and even if I'm not routinely playing, Chelsea and Blake and Esmee are my characters, and they DON'T have to be affiliated with W101 (even though they clearly are). I think in general, I've grown as a writer since the last time I wrote on MUM. I have secretly have written some angsty prose. Don't tell. (<---haha that's highly illogical, because anyone can see this site...)
     I'm not trying to make excuses, but to be honest, my hard drive "died" a few months ago, and I had to replace it, so all my work, everything (even my Minecraft saves :( ) was gone. Unfortunately, that means that any work I had done on the next chapter is gone. I know I have a couple physical drafts in one of my old notebooks...
     Anyways, I'll be sure to get SOMETHING up. Maybe a teaser, or some extra content, I don't know, maybe even a new chapter?

Stuff You Guys Should Know...

Okay. Hi.
    Look, guys. I've been going through a lot. It's bad. I just went all dramatic on a reader.

    I'm tired of being subtle about this! Remember Kyle? Yeah? Well I haven't seen him in months and I miss him. He was one of my best friends. I don't know if this is my fault, though every bone in my body says it is. I secretly wish the commenter was him. I know. It's really bad. I've lost my mind. Don't take it the wrong way guys, he isn't my boyfriend. He just meant a lot to me and I want to set things straight with him.

     As I explained in my reply to the commenter, one of the main reasons I am reluctant to continue writing My Uncle Malistaire is because I'm afraid that the fact that I miss my friend so much is going to effect the direction of my fic (i.e. it will end up being about him). I also am reluctant because Kyle was one of my main reasons to keep writing in the first place. As soon as a chapter was up, he'd tell me how much he loved it. I miss that.

      SORRY FOR THE DRAMATICNESSNESSNESS! I love you all! I am so sorry for dragging you into this mess, but I felt like you deserved to know why. I PROMISE I will get over myself and man up. Thank you for reading!

Hi all.....

Hey, all.
     I haven't written, blogged or even played in a long, long, long time. I'm really sorry to the very few of you that actualy read this blog.... A ton has changed in my life. I've really grown since the last time I clicked "Play". Now I'm NOT AT ALL saying that I am ditching this blog or my fanfic, or even Wizzy. I just want everyone to know that I'm a lazy, uncool, not-currently-playing-W101,boring person who sits around reading fanfics and drawing and browsing YouTube all day. I don't think I've really played any games lately.
     I know, I'm a terrible procrastinating monster. It's just that recent (and not so recent) events have voided me of my desire to play. That's right. I have no desire to play. Now, I do go into and out of phases like this, but there's no saying whether this is permanent or not. I can truthfully say that I do have an urge to write fanfic. Who knows... Another chapter of MUM?
     Thank you for reading this long, boring, and somewhat depressing post. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE somebody  tell me if you've missed MUM, because I really need to know that there's someone out there. I do do this blog for fun, whether or not anyone is reading, but at the moment I don't have the desire, patience, or time to write to a wall. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN THE PAST, and hopefully, with more, I might continue this blog!

Hey guys! Chel here!

Happy new year! I think my resolution is to be better about writing and posting....

     I'm sorry I haven't posted in about a month, I know, that's a new low... But I can honestly say that some good stuff is coming your way! I am seriously working on a Victoria Drake story, but I think my plot is too deep to even think about showing you anytime soon. It takes place two years after My Uncle Malistaire, and it is about the struggles that Tori undergoes to master Storm magic and become a hero... But where do Chelsea, Blake and Esmee come in?
     I'm planning on giving a sneak look sometime after MUM's (My Uncle Malistaire, link above) plot is developed more. I am totally getting ahead of myself! I've even started a sequel to that! I know I am sooo crazy! like I am ever gonna finish MUM!
     Anyways, to the few of you that actually read my work, I hope you're excited. If you haven't read it, the link is above. See you in the spiral!

      Do you want to read the real Chapter 6? It is off topic, but (hopefully) equally as engaging. It is about a mysterious anonymous writer and his love for an anonymous girl. It may not be who you think....
     This chapter is not absolutely necessary for the book, and I can put it into a special edition when I finish, but I feel that it adds mystery and tension in the air.
     Also, if I do put it up, it goes up now. If not, Chapter 6/7 is already on its way.

Hi, I know it's been a while, but I am working on the next installment of My Uncle Malistaire! Here comes a sneak peek!

I summoned all the power within me and cast it out at Rattlebones. He fell, shocked. It seemed to take all his strength to get back on his feet. “Arrgh!” he yelled and charged towards Blake. Esmee pulled fire out of thin air and it sat on her palm. With a flick of her arm, she threw it at Rattlebones. I watched as it was hurled at the skeleton and encased him in its red-orange rage.

Hey Wizards of the Spiral!

     Lately I have been leveling Tori (Victoria Drake, Lvl 62 Diviner) and uh neglecting this blog...
Sorry. I am sorry.

     Good news is, I should be able to post another chapter (maybe even two!) of My Uncle Malistaire this weekend! Lemme give to a little sneak peek...

I awoke with no recollection of the time that had passed. My vision was still blurry from the mass of blood loss. In the corner a shadowed figure was huddled. No. It was tied to the wall. What was that?

“Blake?” I said, my voice quivering from my nausea. “Are you there?”

 I hope that gets you excited....

Ooh! Who else is excited for Pirate101 to come out! I know I am. It does look a little different, but seriously, any company that can make a game as amazing as Wizzy can make another one at least almost as good. I think its worth a shot.
